Personal data processed<\/h2>\n

Your identity and contact information, city of residence, field of application, professional experience, preference for working on construction sites outside your city, your statement, and professional information included in your uploaded resume are processed through the career form.<\/p>\n

We do not request personal or unnecessary information such as Turkish Republic identity number, health information, criminal record, marital status, or similar details in the initial application. We kindly ask that you do not include such information in your resume.<\/p>\n

Purposes and legal grounds for processing<\/h2>\n

Your data is processed for the purposes of receiving your application, evaluating your suitability for the position, contacting you, conducting interviews and recruitment processes, ensuring information security, and establishing, exercising, or protecting your rights in potential legal disputes.<\/p>\n

The processing activity is based on the legal grounds of being directly related to the establishment of a contract as defined in Article 5 of the Law, the fulfillment of a legal obligation by the data controller, the establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights. The retention of your application for two years for future positions is based solely on your separate and optional explicit consent.<\/p>\n

Collection method, transfer and security.<\/h2>\n

Your data is collected electronically through the career form. It is only accessible by authorized Taksim Yap\u0131 managers and employees during the recruitment process. If necessary, and limited to the execution of the service, it may be transferred to hosting and email infrastructure providers or legally authorized public institutions, within the scope of appropriate legal grounds and security measures. Resume files are not stored in the website's public library.<\/p>\n

Storage time<\/h2>\n

Applications submitted as part of a specific recruitment process are stored for a maximum of six months from the date of application. If you explicitly consent to future applications for suitable positions, your application may be stored for a maximum of two years. After this period, the record and resume are automatically deleted. In the event of a legal dispute or a request from an authority, the relevant records may be additionally stored for only the necessary period.<\/p>\n
